Date Puree
Date puree is obtained from dates that have been cooked, pressed, and finely sieved to exhibit a smooth texture cohesive enough to hold its shape on a spoon. Ideal for the preparation of fruit purees and fruit compotes, Date puree provides natural preservation to the latter thanks to the natural sugar within the date. Date puree is very rich in vitamins A, B1, B2, potassium and magnesium.
Naturally brown in color, it offers an intense caramelized flavor profile and a rich sensory experience. With a fixed Brix level of 69°, it provides consistent sweetness and reliable performance across applications.
Available in thick or smooth textures, date puree can be formulated with or without additives depending on storage requirements.
