Chopped Dates

Chopped dates are obtained through a controlled mechanical cutting process, resulting in small date pieces with a natural, unstandardized shape that preserves the authentic character of the fruit. Available in different cut sizes — typically 5–8 mm and 8–10 mm — they can be supplied with or without a light coating of rice flour to prevent sticking, depending on the intended application.

Naturally rich in nutrients, chopped dates are an excellent source of energy and provide valuable vitamins as well as essential minerals. Their balanced sweetness and pleasant texture make them an ideal ingredient for everyday consumption, particularly in breakfast and on-the-go products.
