Boudjebel LAB Structure

 

Boudjebel LAB is structured into two dedicated laboratories:

1. Physico-Chemical Analysis Laboratory
This laboratory is responsible for monitoring the physico-chemical quality of dates, from the raw material stage through to final shipment, ensuring full compliance and product consistency at every step.

2. Microbiological Analysis Laboratory
This laboratory assesses the microbiological quality of dates as well as the production environment, including work areas, surfaces, and processing atmospheres, to guarantee optimal food safety standards.

Our laboratory combines proven methodologies with innovative approaches to deliver superior results. We continuously develop alternative solutions to overcome the limitations of conventional procedures.

The laboratory’s analytical plan covers dates, ingredients, and the production environment. For dates, we conduct microbiological, physico-chemical, and viral analyses to ensure product safety and compliance. For ingredients, the laboratory performs microbiological and physico-chemical analyses, including the testing of glucose solutions. Finally, the production environment is monitored through a range of tests, including microbiological air analysis, physico-chemical and microbiological water testing, and microbiological surface analysis — ensuring comprehensive control across all critical points.
