Date Syrup & Tahini Energy Bites

Product used: Natural Date Syrup (available in conventional and organic)
Ingredients (makes 12 bites):
- 100 g rolled oats
- 3 tbsp date syrup (conventional or organic)
- 2 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: nuts or chocolate chips
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add date syrup and tahini. Stir until it forms a sticky dough.
- Mix in nuts or chocolate chips if using.
- Roll into small balls.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
