Date Syrup & Tahini Energy Bites

Product used: Natural Date Syrup (available in conventional and organic)

Ingredients (makes 12 bites):

  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp date syrup (conventional or organic)
  • 2 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: nuts or chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Add date syrup and tahini. Stir until it forms a sticky dough.
  3. Mix in nuts or chocolate chips if using.
  4. Roll into small balls.
  5. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
