Vision Care Initiative: Supporting Employee Well-being and Occupational Health
As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) commitment and its ongoing efforts to promote employee well-being, occupational health, and social sustainability, Boudjebel VACPA has launched, for the third consecutive time, a vision care initiative aimed at improving access to corrective eyewear for its workforce.
This program reflects the company’s people-centered approach and includes comprehensive employee support through personalized assistance in selecting suitable eyeglass frames and corrective lenses adapted to individual visual needs and daily working conditions. The initiative also covers medical eye consultations and administrative support with The National Health Insurance Fund ‘procedures to ensure easier access to healthcare services.
On this occasion, 70 pairs of prescription glasses were distributed to female workers performing precision-based tasks, contributing to visual comfort, workplace safety, productivity, and overall quality of life at work.
Through initiatives such as this, Boudjebel continues to strengthen its commitment to employee welfare, inclusive workplace practices, preventive healthcare, and sustainable human capital development.
