1. Fair For Life Certification: Empowering Farmers

We are proud to hold Fair For Life (FFL) certification, which ensures fair trade practices and equitable conditions for our partner farmers. Through the FFL premium, we finance community projects that improve the well-being of farmers and their families.
In the Rjim Maatoug region, we have actively supported the transition to organic farming. Currently, more than 72 hectares of organic-certified land yield over 650 tons of Deglet Noor dates. By 2024, we aim to expand this number, providing increased access to organic products for our partners.

2. Promoting Organic Farming and Biodynamic Composting

To maintain soil fertility and reduce chemical usage, we embrace biodynamic composting. By transforming oasis waste and local manure into nutrient-rich compost, we support sustainable agricultural practices. This closed-loop system not only enriches the soil but also minimizes waste, aligning with our zero-waste philosophy.
Additionally, we continuously invest in supporting farmers with training programs that encourage the adoption of regenerative farming techniques.

3. Responsible Water Management

In arid regions, water management is critical. Boudjebel implements localized irrigation systems and smart water management practices, using programmable meters to optimize water use. Furthermore, we collaborate with stakeholders to map watersheds and promote sustainable water consumption across the agricultural sector.
