Cristalized Sugar
Resulting from the crystallization of liquid sugar, it is an ideal alternative to ordinary sugar. It is a sweetener with a high sweetness, about 1.7 times more than regular sugar. Oil
Obtained by cold pressing, the Deglet Nour seed oil is a yellowish-green liquid with a pleasant odor. This oil is a natural antioxidant rich in oleic and lauric acid with high content of phenolic compounds.
Diced Paste
Processed then macerated, the date paste is then diced in 5-8 or in 8-11 mm pieces and covered with rice flour.
